Terms of Use (EULA)
Last updated: 9 July 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "EULA") govern your access to and use of the MopSuite application and website (the "Service"), operated by MopSuite ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using MopSuite, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use MopSuite on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms and any plan limits. For apps downloaded from the Mac App Store, this license is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where the two conflict, this EULA governs your use of MopSuite to the extent permitted.
2. What MopSuite does
MopSuite helps you find and remove files, caches and other data on your own device, and review privacy and security settings. You are responsible for reviewing what MopSuite proposes to remove. Removal actions offer an Undo where technically possible, but you should keep your own backups. You must not use MopSuite to access, modify or delete data you are not authorized to.
3. Free and paid plans
Core manual features are free. "MopSuite Pro" is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited scans, one-click cleaning and every future update. Prices, subscription length and features are shown at the point of purchase and may change for future billing periods with notice.
4. Billing, renewal and cancellation
MopSuite Pro is a yearly auto-renewable subscription. It renews automatically for the same period and price at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Mac App Store purchases: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings; access to Pro features continues until the end of the current paid period. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
Direct purchases on this website: payment is processed by RevenueCat and Stripe. Your card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored by us. You can cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the current period.
5. Refunds
For Mac App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple through its standard refund process. For direct purchases, and except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable; if you believe you were charged in error, contact us at contact@mopsuite.com and we will review your request in good faith.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent license checks in the Service, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Service or other users.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will recover or preserve any data.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
